Review Summary: Terrible and misleading.
Review: Oh, my god. I cannot believe this book can be published and having a misleading name, it is off the wall. 100% not astral projection, author need to read more other astral projection books, to realize what is astral projection. Author thinks, dreams are astral projections, what a mistake, what a joke. So is author's other book "Astral Dynamic" is another failure. Unfortunately I bought these two stupid books, avoid at all cost. All these self-congratulatory reviews, must be done by author's friends. Terrible.

Review: Really, none of these techniques work until you get to the paralyses/vibration acceleration. OBE and astral projection books make it sound like you could just roll out conciously but it doesn't work like that.
They key is waking up early and going back to bed in silent meditation. Thats how I'm able to do it and none of this explanation stuff is necessary!

Review: Author is from Australia, they have different ways of day and night compare to the America, this could explain why Author has tendency of dragging the pages and making it extra long, but basically same words kept repeating. Very tiring read.

As you read along, you will find nothing about projecting the astral, but distant viewing of incidents.

Review: If your interested in buying this book because you want to learn astral projection, this is the book for you. It gives u a kind of daily schedule to follw and explian all techniques very clearly. But i would also suggest buying Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce to go along with this book.
